About the English Courses
Our summer school offers professional English courses for students aged 7–17, from beginner to advanced levels, with practical goals designed to help students reach the level required for living and studying in Western countries.
Through our highly effective teaching team and strategies, students benefit from 15 hours of English instruction plus a fully immersive learning environment. Lessons include traditional classes, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions to comprehensively develop reading, writing, translation, and speaking skills.
Language learning goes well beyond the classroom: the entire summer school experience integrates practice through social interactions, travel, sports, games, educational workshops, and evening activities.
The Summer School Environment
Port REGIS sits on over 150 acres of picturesque grounds that rival film sets. With outstanding facilities and a spacious, culturally rich campus, it is rated one of the UK’s largest and best-equipped preparatory schools.
Located in Dorset, the campus is surrounded by lush fields and dense woodlands, offering a serene, beautiful environment ideal for children’s development.
The summer school meets the highest UK standards and is officially accredited: British Council certification, and membership in both English UK and Young Learners English UK.
Staff and counselors supervise students around the clock, and there is a dedicated security team ensuring campus safety. The child safeguarding policy is updated annually, and all staff must pass regular assessments. Each student receives comprehensive insurance, and there is always a doctor on call.
Facilities include artificial turf sports fields, a 9-hole golf course, shooting range, and a versatile sports hall with squash courts, a heated swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts.
Accommodation:
Ages 7–12: 4-beds per room.
Ages 13–17: choice of single or double rooms.

The in-house catering team provides a diverse range of fresh, healthy meals that meet strict food safety standards, with carefully balanced nutrition tailored to young people’s growth and diverse international needs.
Sports
We carefully plan a wide variety of sports sessions so students can fully unleash their youthful energy, run side by side with peers from around the world, and enjoy a vibrant, memorable summer.
The UK is the birthplace of many modern sports—football, tennis, rugby—and sports hold a central role in British education. Students are required to participate in a set number of weekly sports sessions to cultivate healthy habits and physical fitness.
During the camp, students will have opportunities to experience traditional British sports including football, basketball, cricket, swimming, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, badminton, handball, and table tennis.
Optional add-on courses: golf and tennis.
Camp Activities
The entire summer school experience is a time full of possibilities and joy. Beyond sports, we’ve arranged a wide range of fun activities so students can enjoy authentic British culture and share happy moments with new friends.
Activities include: disco night, karaoke night, bonfire evening, international night, crazy sports, team challenges, treasure hunts, quizzes, fashion shows, and the graduation party.
